    Description:
    Project to scale up access to clean cooking and heating stoves for poor, primarily rural households. Hebei ranks highest for emitting the most harmful pollutants in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Hebei Air Pollution Prevention and Control program [2]

    1.22 million households replaced coal stoves with gas (1.086 million) and electric (0.135 million) heating appliances, (exceeding target of 0.8 million households). The total PM2.5 emissions reduction ~5,000 t [2]
